How long does a commission take?
From first conversation to delivery, typical timings are eight to twelve weeks. Larger or architectural pieces can take longer; we agree a clear schedule with you before the design phase begins.
Can I choose colours and typography?
Yes, though the atelier will guide the palette so the sign works with your façade and the light of the place. Typography is drawn to match — no off-the-shelf fonts.
Is the deposit refundable?
The design deposit covers the drawing time and the reservation of an atelier slot. It is credited toward the final invoice on completion but is not refunded once the design phase has begun.
How is the sign mounted?
Each piece is delivered with clear mounting notes. For heavier or architectural work we advise on substrate and fixings before installation.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
We currently focus on delivery within the European Union. Enquiries from other countries are welcome and reviewed individually.
