How is the price of an individual enamel sign calculated?
Every quotation is calculated on its own: from the format, the amount of lettering, the complexity of a motif or illustration, the technical execution and the mounting situation. Because those points combine differently in every project, the atelier deliberately publishes no price range for finished pieces. After your non-binding enquiry, Šimona reviews them personally and sends you a binding overall quotation.
What the price is made of
Format
Size and proportion decide the copper blank, the amount of enamel and the number of firings required. Established atelier formats run from small door signs of around 5 × 12 cm to larger works of around 30 × 25.5 cm. A format of your own is equally possible.
Amount of lettering
A short name, a house number or several lines with additions: every further line is drawn, engraved and carried out individually.
Motif and illustration
A small symbol, a drawing made for your project, or work on an existing logo. The richer the image, the longer the design and engraving take.
Technical execution
Colour range, engraving depth and firing sequence. More colours mean more firings, and therefore more steps at the kiln.
Mounting situation
Indoors or outdoors, substrate and fixing solution. Where the sign will live decides how it is built, how it is checked and which mounting recommendation you receive.
Terms at a glance
Deposit
150 € as a reservation and design deposit. The amount is credited in full against the total price, and design work begins only once it has arrived.
Corrections
One small round of corrections is included in the quotation. Each further round is a flat 70 €.
Express
Possible only when atelier scheduling allows, with a surcharge of 35 %. It is confirmed exclusively after a personal review.

Packing and shipping
Protective packing, tracked shipping and transport insurance are not folded into the price of the work. They appear as a separate shipping item in your individual quotation.
Enquiry first, quotation second
Submitting the form neither places an order nor takes payment. Šimona reviews the project personally, then sends the quotation and — if you accept it — the bank transfer details.
All prices are final prices in euros. VAT is not shown separately; the supplier is not currently registered for VAT in Czechia. The combined charge for packaging, tracked shipping and transport insurance is shown in the individual quotation.
